Job Description:

• Responsible for liaising with all levels of customers regarding their queries on product quotes, orders, order status, dispatch details, and other requests.
• Responsible for providing customers with complete and accurate product specifications. Liaise with workshop/store regarding the availability of stock, specifications, quotations, delivery schedules, etc.
• Responsible for checking specifications and quotes prior to order placement.
• Provide internal assistance when needed with Accounts Receivables in the collection of outstanding invoices.
• Responsible for preparing sales order reports; providing guidelines and training for improving customer service.
• Develop and maintain an effective marketing and public relations strategy to promote the products/services of the company.
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and gain industry knowledge through communication and research.
• Arrange and participate in meetings with clients; ensure client requests are responded to on time with accuracy.
• Coordinate with production to support and ensure completion of jobs on time.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
