Bartender - All Day Dining

JOB SUMMARY

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Ensure guests live the “Ultimate Experience”.
2. Be punctual, greet colleagues and report to supervisor upon arrival for duties.
3. Arrive at work well-groomed, prepared, and display enthusiasm.
4. Maintain and control departmental standards.
5. Follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.
6. Handle all monies and keep bank floats from the hotel.
7. Requisition, pick up, verify, and store all requisitions for juices, soft drinks, and food items used for the bar areas.
8. Be creative and innovative during low and high seasons to utilize revenue by implementing beverages, cocktails, and Mocktails.
9. Utilize the hotel's computer system for ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks, and completing closing readings.
10. Ensure proper mixing, blending, etc. of drinks.
11. Service all drinks for service bar area, guests, and the bar area.
12. Keep the bar area neat and tidy at all times, clearing dishes and glassware whenever possible.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

1. Minimum of one year experience in 5* hotel experience as a bartender.
2. Knowledge in Micros and cashiering procedure.
3. Well-versed English communication and writing skills.
4. Complaint handling skills.
5. Up-selling skills.
6. Use of techniques and styles of preparing beverages.
7. Creativity and bartending techniques.
8. Experience in different bars.
9. Should be able to work under pressure in a customer service environment.
