The Program Manager follows the "Plan Execute Manage Monitor" framework:
Plan: Conceptualize and align on event constructs, set goals with key stakeholders (e.g., category, marketing, finance, operations), and finalize the event playbook.
Execute: Ensure teams adhere to the playbook, manage deviations, track milestones, and co-own automation of daily event reports and dashboards.
Manage: Resolve issues, address conflicts, and support experimentation plans.
Monitor: Lead event-related meetings, address action items from standups, and escalate red flags or deviations in event metrics.
The role requires extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Senior Leadership, Marketing, Category, Deals, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, Prime, Tech, and Program teams.
