HR specialist UAE NATIONAL
Job description
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection ensuring alignment with Emiratization initiatives.
- Facilitate onboarding programs to integrate new hires effectively into the organization.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees addressing inquiries, concerns, and conflicts while maintaining confidentiality.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, engagement, and wellbeing within the organization.
HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and UAE labor laws.
- Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and other administrative HR tasks.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Support leadership in career development planning for Emirati employees.
Performance Management:
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems providing guidance and training to managers and employees.
- Assist in setting KPIs and tracking performance outcomes.
Compliance & Policy Implementation:
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, organizational policies, and government regulations.
- Support the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Nationality: UAE National (Emiratization priority).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role preferably within government or semi-government organizations.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
