Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain financial records and transactions
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of accounts
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial information
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or related role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
