Assist the Legal Team in providing legal advisory services, administrative, transactional and operational support in accordance with Nawah legal standards, policies and procedures.

Legal Advisory Services
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Conduct legal research and assist in data gathering for legal matters by referring to specialized databases, legal libraries, and other sources of information to form legal opinions, advice, and recommendations.
Assist in the drafting of legal opinions, advice, and recommendations on various legal and contractual matters to prevent risks and protect company assets.
Assist in the reviewing and preparing of contractual documents to ensure that risks to Nawah are mitigated in contract negotiations.
Assist in the reviewing and analyzing of legal documents in answer to functional queries to mitigate risks and prevent disputes.
Assist in the preparation of presentations on legal and regulatory matters to train and create awareness in the business.
Transactional and Operational Support
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Assist in the preparation of legal reports, memoranda, and other documentation to meet business requirements.
Provide administrative support in obtaining approval for documents and activities related to Nawah governance such as registration, power of attorney, etc., to ensure that regulatory requirements are met.
Assist in the development and review of standard templates and formats for legal or contractual documents to ensure standardization of legal and contractual positions and improve efficiency in contracting.
Create purchase requisitions in order to fulfill the Legal Department's requirements.
Create and manage a legal database for tracking, among other things; Service entry sheets (SES), Purchase Requisitions (PR's), and Task Orders.
Review and prepare financial documents and invoices relating to legal services.
Liaise with external stakeholders/suppliers in order to obtain support services for the Legal Department with support from senior legal management.
Liaise with internal stakeholders for the development of solutions to questions or inquiries regarding legal issues to ensure that a suitable solution is in line with legal or regulatory requirements.
Develop and review legal policies and procedures as required by the Legal Team to ensure that standards of work are documented.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Law.

Or equivalent as stated in the Job Description Procedure (HR-PRC-0004).
