Finance Director For Dubai

Looking for a Director of Finance to work for a reputed Healthcare group in Dubai.

A CA with more than 15 years of experience in the Healthcare industry is preferred.

As Director of Finance, this position will oversee group finance functions:

1. Financial modeling and analysis to support the development of long-term strategic initiatives and business plans.
2. Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations including costing & budgeting for the hospital services.
3. Experience in implementing financial software.
4. Annual business plan development and budgeting process.
5. Monitoring of inventory levels on a monthly basis with pharmacy purchases & general purchases.
6. Oversee the annual insurance renewal process and ensure appropriate coverage is maintained at all times with the initiating action for irrecoverable claims.
7. Review contracts with suppliers for payment terms & discount structure and supervise the maintenance of creditors' accounts by adjustments of supplier invoices, payment terms, etc.
8. Manage ongoing banking relationships for maximum efficiency.
9. Develop cash flow forecasting and maintain a long-term cash forecast.
