Job description
  1. Daily briefing to be attended.
  2. Collect & prepare cleaning tools and chemicals for the allocated responsible area.
  3. Collect and arrange the mise-en-place (OS&E) for kitchen day-to-day requirements.
  4. Facilitate sanitation in the kitchen and F&B operation.
  5. Assist with checking, receiving, and storing goods.
  6. Always maintain storage areas neat and tidy.
  7. Handle waste and recycling.
  8. Maintain a hygienic kitchen.
  9. Clean the kitchen and equipment as per shift assignment.
  10. Always maintain personal hygiene.
  11. Attend training as per schedule without fail.
  12. Follow House Rules and Regulations, Health and Safety, and Grooming.
  13. Follow Standard Operating Procedure of the department and the hotel.
  14. Follow Food Safety Procedures (ISO22000) of the department and the hotel.
  15. Be familiar with property safety, first aid, and fire/emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.
  16. Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify the supervisor on duty of potential dangers.
  17. Report any damaged/defective equipment from the area of responsibility and notify the supervisor on duty.
