Job description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and develop job descriptions.

Utilize various recruitment channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.) to attract top talent.

Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain an updated candidate database and track recruitment metrics.

Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Stay updated with market trends and salary benchmarks in the real estate industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive Internal Recruiter with a real estate background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to support our company's hiring needs.

  1. 1-2 years of recruitment experience within the real estate industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of hiring processes and sourcing strategies.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
