Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Store Keeper to join our team. The Assistant Store Keeper will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials, equipment, and other items from the stockroom. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the store area is kept clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies
Maintain accurate inventory records
Keep the store area clean and organized
Assist in conducting regular stock counts
Prepare and maintain records of merchandise received and distributed

Requirements:

Proven work experience as an Assistant Store Keeper or similar role
Knowledge of inventory management and control procedures
Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
Ability to lift heavy objects
Strong organizational and time management skills
High school diploma or equivalent
