Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels
Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and reconcile any discrepancies
Coordinate with purchasing department to track and order inventory items as needed
Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and turnover rates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse layout and organization to improve efficiency
Develop and implement inventory management procedures and best practices
Partner with sales and marketing teams to forecast future inventory needs and plan for demand fluctuations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
Proven experience as an inventory specialist or similar role
Strong proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
