We are seeking a talented Front-End Web Developer to join our team and help build exceptional digital experiences for our discerning clientele. You will be responsible for implementing visually stunning and high-performing interfaces that showcase our premium property portfolio.

Role Overview

As a Front-End Web Developer at Driven Properties, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our luxury real estate website built on Next.js and Sanity CMS. You'll work closely with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to create responsive, accessible, and SEO-optimized user interfaces that reflect the sophistication of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop responsive, performant, and visually appealing user interfaces using Next.js
2. Implement designs with pixel-perfect accuracy and attention to detail
3. Build and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
4. Integrate with Sanity CMS to display dynamic content for property listings
5. Optimize website for maximum speed and scalability
6. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
7. Collaborate with back-end developers for seamless integration with APIs
8. Implement SEO best practices on the front-end
9. Contribute to rapid development of landing pages for new property launches
10. Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality

Requirements

1. 3-5 years of front-end development experience
2. Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js
3. Experience with Sanity CMS or similar headless CMS platforms
4. Excellent understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
5. Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS/SCSS) and CSS frameworks
6. Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first development principles
7. Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques
8. Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions
9. Experience with version control systems (Git)
10. Proven track record of working on production websites with active user bases
11. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Vercel for hosting and deployment of Next.js applications
2. Experience with TypeScript
3. Knowledge of SEO best practices for front-end implementation
4. Experience working with luxury brand or real estate websites
5. Familiarity with Framer or similar low-code platforms
6. Experience with UI animation libraries and micro-interactions
7. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
8. Experience with unit testing frameworks
9. Previous work experience in Dubai or the MENA region
