Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT Support Team, ensuring skill development and efficient IT operations.
- Develop and implement IT policies, security measures, and best practices across the organization.
- Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and resources effectively to support business needs.
- Oversee the monitoring, configuration, and maintenance of Cisco switches for VLAN, routing, and switching.
- Manage Cisco wireless controllers, access points, and Fortinet firewalls, including IPSec VPNs and site-to-site VPNs.
- Conduct security assessments and implement data protection measures, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and other regulatory standards.
- Administer and maintain Windows Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint security systems.
- Provide high-level IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network-related issues.
- Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Implement and maintain network security through firewalls, UTM, IPS/IDS, ACS, and VPN technologies.
- Manage IT ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and high user satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, network diagrams, and policies for system optimization.
Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) certification.
- CCNA, CCNP, or Fortinet Certified Expert certification preferred.
- Proven experience in IT management, network administration, and desktop support.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor IT staff.
- Expertise in network security, troubleshooting, and Cisco/Fortinet product management.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint security solutions.
- Strong project management experience, including the implementation of IT infrastructure improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
