Job Summary: The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving business growth by providing expert cybersecurity solutions to both new and existing customers. This role focuses on leveraging advanced cybersecurity platforms and MDR services to address client needs, while contributing to the development of strategic solutions. Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales teams and customers to assess security needs, challenges, and priorities, crafting tailored solutions.
Evangelize the company’s cybersecurity platforms and solutions to customers, stakeholders, and at industry events.
Serve as a key advocate for MDR cybersecurity solutions, ensuring customer success through effective sales and proposal development.
Partner with sales teams and strategic service provider [SMARTTECH247] to develop winning proposals.
Contribute to thought leadership and customer insights to advance the company’s cybersecurity expertise.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity sales engineering or solutions architect roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and technical documentation.
Strong verbal presentation and negotiation skills.
Desired Qualification:
Additional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or relevant cybersecurity credentials.
Experience in designing and delivering cybersecurity solutions for large enterprises or complex environments.
Proficiency in industry-leading cybersecurity tools and platforms.
Strong negotiation and proposal development skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and managed services.
