Job Title: Junior Finance Officer

Location: Dubai UAE (Remote option available, in-office preferred)

Experience: 2-4 years

Reports to: Finance & Accounting

Residency Requirements: Candidates must already be residing in the UAE

Role Overview:

The Junior Finance Officer will play a vital role in supporting the finance department by managing day-to-day accounting works and ensuring the efficient execution of financial processes. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals eager to grow their finance skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-Day Accounting: Ensure maintaining accurate financial records and transactions.
• Process Execution: Support the implementation and maintenance of financial processes to ensure efficiency.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare routine financial reports as directed from time to time.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the incumbent of Finance & Accounting to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

• 2-4 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with basic financial processes and practices
• Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel and ERP-based systems
• Fluent in English

Preferred:

• Experience with Zoho Books
