Procurement Engineer

Responsibilities

Managing the end-to-end procurement process for engineering projects.

Negotiating and drafting of contracts and agreements with suppliers for favourable terms.

Collaborating with project managers to understand material requirements.

Ensuring timely delivery of materials and components for project milestones.

Monitoring and evaluating supplier performance and addressing issues as needed.

Education/Experience

Bachelors degree in engineering or related field. (Preferably Civil Engineering)

Proven experience in procurement, particularly in engineering projects.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Familiarity with procurement software and industry best practices.

Minimum of 10 years experience in Building Construction with at least 5 years in the UAE. (other sectors will not be accepted)

Experience with Villas & High Rise towers will be favourable.
