Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• Bachelor's degree and typically 7 or more years' relevant work experience
• Multi-year experience in customer facing roles
• Proven experience working in a global environment, with the ability to engage and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders globally through calls and discussions
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Effective influencing skills when working with managers and leadership
• Ability to communicate in English effectively

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Master’s degree, MBA or equivalent preferred
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• ITIL & Project Management knowledge/experience desired
• Experience working in a Regional/ International Team, contributing to and rolling out globally developed strategies, projects & solutions
• Organizational skills to effectively work in a cross-functional, multi-level environment with shifting priorities and requirements
• Strong sensitivity for cultural differences and significant global acumen
