The Manager – Change Management will develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the successful adoption of transformation initiatives at DAMAC Group.
This role will focus on engaging stakeholders, assessing organizational readiness, and ensuring that employees across all levels are well-prepared for changes for key initiatives.
Work closely with change and the transformation team members, as well as business units to ensure that change initiatives align with the company’s strategic objectives and are effectively communicated, managed, and adopted.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
An advanced degree or certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in leading change management initiatives, with a strong focus on large-scale transformations involving emerging technologies, AI, and data.
Proven experience in designing and implementing change management plans and interventions, aligning with business goals.
