As we continue to expand, we are looking for a meticulous Operations Auditor to enhance our operational efficiency and compliance.

Job Summary

The Operations Auditor will be responsible for evaluating and improving operational processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions to optimize performance across our service centers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Audit & Compliance:
  2. Conduct detailed audits of operational processes, including service execution, warranty registration, customer interactions, and spare parts management.
  3. Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and industry regulations.
  4. Identify potential risks, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  5. Process Optimization:
  6. Analyze workflow efficiency in workshops, customer service, and back-office operations.
  7. Recommend process enhancements to improve service delivery, reduce costs, and maintain quality.
  8. Ensure warranty claims, inventory, and vehicle service records are accurately maintained.
  9. Reporting & Recommendations:
  10. Prepare clear and concise audit reports with actionable insights for senior management.
  11. Highlight operational gaps and suggest corrective measures to enhance compliance and efficiency.
  12. Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely implementation of improvements.
  13. Training & Compliance Monitoring:
  14. Educate staff on compliance requirements and operational best practices.
  15. Conduct periodic training sessions to ensure awareness of updated procedures and quality standards.
  16. Monitor service quality and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Auditing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in operations auditing, preferably within the automotive, service, or luxury car industry.
  3. Certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or experience in ISO compliance auditing is a plus.
  4. Strong analytical skills with expertise in auditing tools, data analysis, and reporting.
  5. Knowledge of automotive service operations, spare parts inventory, and warranty registration processes is preferred.
  6. High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
