Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to optimize our website and improve search engine rankings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, analytics, and tools to drive organic traffic and improve visibility on search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy Development:
   Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
   Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords.
2. On-Page SEO Optimization:
   Optimize website content, metadata, headings, and internal linking structures.
   Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and target keywords.
3. Off-Page SEO Activities:
   Build and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
   Monitor and manage backlink profiles.
4. Technical SEO:
   Perform website audits to identify technical issues and implement solutions.
   Ensure website structure and performance meet search engine standards.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
   Monitor and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
   Analyze SEO campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
6. Collaboration:
   Work with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content.
   Coordinate with developers and designers to implement SEO changes.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
2. Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
3. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles related to SEO.
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
6. Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress.
3. Familiarity with paid search campaigns and other digital marketing channels.
