Purchasing Assistant
Job description
We are looking for an Outdoor Purchasing Assistant to buy stocks from companies. You will review prices and quality.
Responsibilities
- Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review the quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
Requirements
- Fresher who has knowledge about computer applications
- Preference will be given to candidates from Kerala
- A valid driver's license is required.
Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad
Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driving License in UAE (Preferred)
