Economics Teacher

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Economics Teacher to join our dedicated and experienced team. As an Economics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lessons to students at the high school level. You will be teaching students about various economic principles, theories, and practices, in order to develop their understanding of the subject and its real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs and abilities of students.
2. Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance students' learning experience.
3. Monitor and assess students' progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
4. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and discussion.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new curriculum initiatives.
6. Keep up-to-date with developments in the field of Economics and incorporate them into teaching.
7. Participate in school events and activities, including workshops and seminars.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. Teaching experience at the high school level is strongly preferred.
3. Familiarity with current teaching practices and techniques.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
6. Proven track record of academic success and excellent student evaluations.
7. Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
8. Valid teaching certification from an accredited institution.
