Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEO optimization strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with business goals and drive online sales growth.
• Manage product information, ensuring accurate, engaging descriptions and images across the e-commerce platform.
• Optimize the user experience (UX) by improving website design and functionality to increase conversion rates.
• Analyze data and performance metrics, using insights to refine marketing strategies, A/B tests, and website improvements.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure product availability and reduce out-of-stock occurrences.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to enhance website performance and overall customer experience.
• Manage CRM systems to build and maintain strong customer relationships, with a focus on retention and loyalty.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, product pages, and marketing assets to drive conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Monitor key performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLTV), to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEO optimization, digital marketing strategies, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Experience with product information management (PIM) systems and inventory management.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and user experience (UX) best practices.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach to managing e-commerce operations.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environment.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Strong background in UX design and website performance optimization.
