What You'll Do
As a Ecommerce Key Account Specialist - UAE, you'll be part of our Ecommerce Team located in Dubai, UAE. You'll get to:
Sales Management for Quick Commerce:
- Be the driving force behind our sales performance by managing key accounts in the quick commerce sector.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, becoming their trusted partner.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent growth and outstanding performance.
Review and Optimize Product Selection:
- Continuously evaluate and refine our product offerings to ensure they remain relevant and in high demand.
- Collaborate with brand specialists to recommend and implement changes to our product catalog, staying ahead of market trends and customer preferences.
- Work closely with customers to expand product selections that align perfectly with consumer needs, driving satisfaction and loyalty.
Inventory Planning and Management:
- Take charge of inventory levels to ensure optimal stock for timely fulfillment, delighting our customers with every order.
- Collaborate with customer and commercial teams to forecast demand and ensure efficient inventory management.
- Identify opportunities to reduce excess inventory while avoiding stockouts, optimizing our supply chain for success.
Deal Execution:
- Execute deals with precision, monitoring promotional deals and discounts to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
- Lead the execution of special offers, BXGY, cross-bundling, and other key promotional strategies on our platform.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with internal teams to guarantee the successful execution of deals, driving excitement and engagement.
Traffic Analysis:
- Monitor website and platform traffic to assess the performance of our quick commerce channels.
- Analyze the consumer journey and traffic patterns to inform decision-making and refine sales strategies.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rates, propelling our brand to new heights.
Reporting:
- Dive deep into reports and analyze issues to make informed decisions that ensure consistent growth.
- Track targets and growth compared to last year, driving the brand forward with strategic insights.
- Understand each category's share of the brand on the platform versus the competition, taking decisive actions to improve our market share.
