Job Title: E-commerce Fulfillment Manager

Job Overview:
The Ecommerce Fulfillment Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations within the fulfillment center. This includes managing staff, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, inventory management, and maintaining a high level of efficiency to support the company’s e-commerce activities. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stock Reports:
   • Monitor inventory levels and generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
   • Analyze stock data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
   • Collaborate with procurement to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize shortages.
2. Delivery Management:
   • Coordinate and oversee the timely dispatch of orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
   • Monitor delivery performance and resolve any issues related to shipping or logistics.
   • Liaise with shipping partners to optimize delivery routes and processes.
3. Warehouse Management:
   • Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
   • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
   • Implement best practices in inventory management and warehouse layout optimization.
4. WMS Management:
   • Manage and optimize the Warehouse Management System for efficient order processing.
   • Train team members on WMS functionalities and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
   • Troubleshoot WMS issues and collaborate with IT for system upgrades or enhancements.
5. Team Management:
   • Lead, train, and develop a team of fulfillment associates to achieve performance goals.
   • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
   • Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high morale.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse management, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory management practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a high-volume e-commerce environment.
• Familiarity with shipping and logistics software.
