We're looking for an enthusiastic Ecommerce Coordinator to help drive our online store’s performance and deliver a delightful digital shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images across e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central).
2. Coordinate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely product launches and promotions.
3. Monitor site performance, user experience, and conversion metrics; provide reports and actionable insights.
4. Ensure inventory & price accuracy and assist in order fulfilment processes.
5. Implement SEO best practices and maintain high-quality product content.
6. Stay up to date with ecommerce trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce or retail operations.
3. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central).
4. Strong organisational and commercial skills and attention to detail.
5. Proficient in Excel, data entry, and content management.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
