- Recruiting and onboarding new employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR databases
- Providing guidance and support to employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts
- Staying up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Preparing HR reports and presenting findings to management
- Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and other HR software
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
