Job Description:
The Clinic Manager assumes authority, responsibility, and accountability, in one or several clinics, for the daily operational and clinical management, in order to meet quality outcomes for medical and financial performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science in Nursing.
Master’s degree in nursing administration or business administration (preferred).
Must be registered and licensed to practice in the applicable emirate.

Other Required Skills:
Five (5) years relevant experience in clinical practice.
Progressive nursing management experience with demonstrated success in a chronic or acute dialysis setting.
Supervisory or management experience.
Registered Nurse, Licensed in the Emirate of practice.
Certified in CPR or successfully complete course in CPR certification.
Good communication skills verbal and written.
