Job description
Provide administrative support to the human resources department, ensuring efficient and effective HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Provide support in departmental payroll and benefits, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training and development processes.
- Understand issues and resolve matters among employees as required.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and statistics for management review and decision.
- Coordinate with external HR consultants and agencies in terms of document collection, meeting coordination, and problem resolution.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
