Develop and design curriculum content for financial literacy courses, including learning flow, interactives, and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and other team members to ensure that curriculum content is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
Utilize various instructional design methodologies to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for adult learners.
Continuously review and evaluate curriculum content to ensure it aligns with the latest industry standards and best practices.
Create and maintain documentation, such as course syllabi and instructor guides, to support the implementation of the curriculum.
Any UG/PG degree (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field would be beneficial).
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience developing curriculum content in the field of financial literacy.
Strong understanding of financial literacy concepts and the ability to explain them in clear bite-size chunks.
Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and experience utilizing various teaching and learning strategies.
Experience with curriculum development tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, project management, human-centered design, and content-specific certifications as appropriate.
Knowledge in storyboarding and publishing skills.
Ability to work in agile methodology.
Advanced skill in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Design tools like Canva, Pixton, Figma, Adobe.
