Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Retail Management System (RMS) and Oracle Retail Merchandising Operations Management (MOM), with a particular focus on Allocation. As a part of our team, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of retail solutions and be majorly involved in training the team on the Oracle Allocation module that enhances the allocation processes for inventory management, ensuring the efficient distribution of merchandise across retail channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Retail Management System (RMS) and Oracle Retail Merchandising Operations Management (MOM), particularly with the Allocation module.
• Strong expertise in technical architecture and solution design for retail systems.
• Experience as a lead/mentor/trainer.
• Active participation in training the team on Oracle RMS/MOM (Allocation module).
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Retail applications and their integration with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Experience with Oracle Retail Allocation (RMS, MOM) including design, implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle DB with a solid understanding of performance tuning and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
