4+ years experience in full cycle recruitment (job description creation, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting & closing) preferable in OIL/GAS Industry.
Experience with a variety of sourcing methodologies to include: headhunting, market mapping, Boolean searches, social media recruitment strategies, career sites, among others.
Screening candidates' resumes and job applications prior to submission to clients.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates, within the schedule.
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
Coordinating interviews.
Providing recruitment reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master/Bachelor's Degree in HR or Engineering.
4+ years of experience in CV sourcing, talent acquisition, and headhunting for OIL/GAS Industry.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
