We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join us as a Management Trainee. This role is designed to equip you with the essential knowledge, skills, and experience to excel in various aspects of our operations and prepare you for a leadership role within the company.

Successful performance during the program could lead to a permanent position with Bybit!

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Bybit Pay to drive user adoption and transaction volume.
2. Manage campaigns across multiple channels (social media, paid ads, influencers, partnerships) to increase brand awareness.
3. Collaborate with product and business development teams to create and optimize user acquisition funnels.
4. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape to refine marketing tactics.
5. Track and report performance metrics, optimizing campaigns based on data insights.

Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, user acquisition, and growth strategies.
2. Familiarity with blockchain payments, crypto wallets, and financial services.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Passion for working with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
5. Experience in localization strategies or proficiency in a less common language is preferred (LATAM, MENA, CIS, Africa, SEA, Europe).
6. Graduated from a QS 2024 Top 200 university.
7. Fluent in English, Mandarin is preferred.
