Site Project Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Proven leadership capability.
2. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering related technical/business field.
3. 8+ years of related construction phase experience is required, with 5+ years of related project management experience on related projects.
4. Incumbent should have a broad general technical and business background.
5. Professional registration may also be required.
6. Must have the ability to manage projects, interface with clients and enjoy being hands-on technically in the project.
7. Capability in scheduling using Primavera P6 and ongoing monitoring and driving of projects with well-ordered and logical sequence.
8. Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards. Incumbent must meet GHD project management certification requirements.
9. Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications.
10. Strong eye for detail coupled with a methodical and organized approach.
11. A passion for the digital world and an understanding of the power and benefit of BIM delivery.
12. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to develop internal and external working relationships.
