We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to create engaging learning and practice experiences for learners.
The primary objective is to facilitate the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies in an effective and captivating manner.
As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing instructional materials, incorporating instructional design principles and technologies within an LMS platform. Your expertise in curriculum development and instructional strategies will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs
State instructional end goals and create content that matches them
Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product
Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
Apply tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods
Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.)
Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments
Maintain project documentation and course folders in and outside of the LMS platform
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in instructional design, education, instructional technology, or a related field, or 3 years in-role experience
Proficient in Articulate 360 or similar SCORM software creator
Design skills within the Adobe suite for PDFs and image design
Knowledge and understanding of LMS systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
Continuously evaluating the effectiveness of learning experiences and making improvements.
Ensuring that learning experiences are aligned with organizational goals and learner needs.
Work Environment
Learning Experience Designers work in a variety of settings, including corporate training departments, eLearning companies, universities, non-profit organizations, and consultancies.
They may collaborate remotely or in-person with cross-functional teams, depending on the company or project.
