Procurement Engineer/Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers and vendors for raw materials, equipment, and services related to tank farm projects.
• Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply of goods.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to understand project specifications and requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers, ensuring compliance with budget and project timelines.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance evaluations.
• Resolve any procurement-related issues, including discrepancies and supply chain disruptions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards throughout the procurement process.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and performance metrics for management review.
