We are urgently seeking a highly creative Motion Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating compelling motion graphics, animations, and static designs that align with our brand's guidelines. This role is ideal for a highly creative individual with a passion for storytelling through visual content and a keen eye for detail. You'll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-impact digital assets for social media, web, advertising, and in-venue screens.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, including social media, websites, email, and in-venue displays.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand's aesthetic, voice, and high standards, enhancing the guest experience at our Daylife venues.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm, storyboard, and develop innovative motion graphics concepts and visuals.
- Edit video content, apply animations, text overlays, and transitions to create visually stunning assets.
- Maintain organized digital files and manage multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align motion graphics with campaign objectives and strategies.
- Keep up with the latest motion graphic and animation trends, software, and best practices to continually elevate our visual content.
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, within hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment sectors.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop; knowledge of 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D) is a plus.
- Creative flair, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of brand aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work within deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding creative solutions.
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.
