Our client is looking for a highly motivated and organised People & Culture Intern to join the HR & Operations team of a leading IT Consulting firm in Sydney.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the HR and Management teams to support initiatives related to People & Culture.
People & Culture professionals are responsible for ensuring that employees are engaged, motivated, and productive. They work closely with managers and employees to create a positive work environment and develop policies and programs that support the organization's goals and values. The People & Culture team is critical for building and maintaining a strong and effective workforce, and for ensuring that an organization is able to attract and retain talented employees.
This is an unpaid internship. There are also part-time casual opportunities applicable for productive work. This internship is ideally also part of Work-Integrated-Learning (WIP) in collaboration with your University.
An ideal intern candidate is someone who has a strong passion to grow into a professional recruiter with a strong interest to specialize in the ICT roles in Australia. You must be proactive and willing to learn.
