Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading digital media solutions partner based in Dubai, UAE. Our client is seeking to hire a Digital Ads Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new clients, and nurturing existing relationships to drive business growth in the MENA region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in programmatic ad sales, performance ad sales, and knowledge of Outbrain.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the MENA region.
Identify and prospect new clients, while nurturing existing client relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor advertising solutions to client needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to meet revenue targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital advertising sales with a strong focus on programmatic ad sales and performance ad sales in the MENA region.
Knowledge of Outbrain and its advertising platform.
Strong network of client contacts and relationships in the digital advertising industry (Key client relations in UAE are essential; relations in KSA are a plus).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus, though not mandatory.
