Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Quality Manager, (Learning and Development) based out of our Dubai office and assigned to our client on site at Abu Dhabi, UAE.
As a Learning and Development Quality Manager at our consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of training quality, impact, and return on investment for a large Middle Eastern Bank client. You will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of training programs delivered across various mediums, including E-Learning, in-person, and virtual instruction. Your expertise will help shape the frameworks and methodologies used to assess training, and you will conduct sample checks and reporting to ensure continuous improvement.

• Develop and maintain documentation related to quality assurance processes.
• Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices and methodologies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in learning and development.
What You Need to Have:
• Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role within learning and development.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of various training methodologies and mediums.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
