What You Will Be Doing
You'll take care of resource planning, manage your team and support your team's development.
Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Restaurant Service Operations team.
Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained.
Regularly review house counts, forecasts, and VIP lists and communicate daily between all outlets.
Liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
Focus on guest feedback and always seek to improve guest satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
Degree in hospitality management / food & beverage.
Well versed with Restaurant Service Operations.
Service-focused personality and a passion for everything food and beverage.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
