Job Summary:
The Regional Account Director will be responsible for overseeing the strategic growth, client relationships, and execution of high-impact experiential events across the UAE and KSA markets. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for innovative storytelling, hands-on engagement, and cutting-edge event management. The Regional Account Director will drive business growth, ensure exceptional client experience, and lead teams across both regions.
Job Specification:

  1. Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
  2. 10+ years of experience in business development, account management, or experiential marketing within KSA & UAE, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  3. Proven track record of winning and managing large scale projects, and a strong network of decision-makers in marketing, brand experience, and corporate events.
  4. Deep understanding of both KSA and UAE markets, cultural nuances, and economic landscapes.
  5. Experience working with government entities and diverse sectors is a plus.
  6. Strong leadership, negotiation, team and client management skills.
  7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  8. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
  9. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
