Position Overview
We are hiring for 3 dynamic professionals to join our Dubai team in Business Development Client Relations and Client Servicing. These roles are critical to our expansion into the UAE and GCC markets where we aim to bring our 10 years of luxury expertise to the forefront.
You will work with a prestigious luxury brand offering high-end products and services including interiors décor, personal luxury goods, and exclusive assets like private jets and yachts.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Leverage personal and professional networks to acquire new clients.
Identify and implement strategies: Drive revenue growth.
Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with luxury brands, industry partners, and organizations to build impactful partnerships.
Lead Conversion: Convert online inquiries into long-term loyal clients.
Events & Networking: Represent the company at events and conferences and host exclusive company events to strengthen brand positioning.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, upsell services to existing clients, and provide exceptional service to encourage referrals.
Relationship Building: Foster partnerships with stakeholders including community organizations and other luxury businesses.
Business Strategy & Marketing: (Preferred but not mandatory) Contribute to business strategy, operational excellence, and online/offline marketing initiatives.
