Operations Specialist - Healthcare

The Role

Job Description:

1. Oversee the daily operations of home healthcare services, ensuring smooth delivery of care to patients in their homes.
2. Manage and coordinate the deployment of healthcare staff (nurses, caregivers, therapists, etc.) based on patient needs and service requirements.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or queries regarding home healthcare services.
4. Prepare and submit operational reports, including staffing schedules, service delivery outcomes, and patient feedback.

Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:

1. Open to Arabic nationals
2. Male, 40 years old and below
3. Bachelor’s degree in any healthcare related field
4. At least 3 years' experience in operations management, preferably in the home healthcare sector
5. Proficiency in the use of healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite
6. Must have knowledge in home healthcare services, including patient care coordination, staffing, and regulatory requirements.
