Visualizer Architect

Job Title: Architectural Visualization Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and present architectural concepts through high-quality 3D models and renderings.
2. Utilize 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona Renderer to create photorealistic visualizations of interior and exterior spaces.
3. Collaborate with architects, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective visualization solutions.
4. Create architectural mood boards, design presentations, and visual storytelling materials.
5. Research and apply materials, lighting techniques, and construction finishes to enhance realism in renderings.
6. Optimize 3D models for efficiency and seamless integration into project workflows.
7. Produce animations, virtual reality experiences, and walkthroughs to showcase design concepts.
8. Ensure all deliverables meet project deadlines and maintain the highest quality standards.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, rendering techniques, and new visualization technologies.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
2. Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona Renderer.
3. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Revit, and SketchUp (optional).
4. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for post-production and presentation materials.
5. Familiarity with BIM workflows and rendering optimization techniques.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts.
7. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Background:

1. Experience in residential architecture visualization projects.
2. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and emerging architectural trends.
