The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for both internal and external communication. This includes creating and implementing communication programs that effectively describe and promote the company and its products. Responsibilities include the creation, development, and coordination of print and online demand generation content, email marketing, website management, press releases, newsworthy articles, white papers, corporate videos, marketing collateral, event management, and marketing performance-related tracking metrics.
Ideally, candidates should have a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management, along with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
