Job Description

Job Purpose

The Job holder will support residential resale activities and address residential inquiries to foster positive relationships with stakeholders ensuring a seamless and transparent residential resale experience.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide support to superior with residential resales activities including change of ownership transactions, gifting, court order, musataha etc ensuring that all transactions are executed efficiently and in compliance with established procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, developers, and external parties to facilitate successful resale transactions.
  • Follow-up on settlements agreements and documentations to ensure completion, accuracy and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Co-ordinate with relevant parties to resolve any settlement-related issues promptly.
  • Ensure strict compliance with novation agreements and contractual obligations throughout the resale process.
  • Respond to residential inquiries related to resale transactions and provide timely and accurate responses to residential queries, clarifications, and information requests to ensure a transparent resale process. Escalate queries to section head and seek consultation as required.
  • Regularly update records to reflect the latest information, changes, and developments accurately.
  • Foster positive relationships with residentials, developers, legal teams, and internal departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management to make informed decisions.
  • Ensure all resale transactions and agreements are in full compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry requirements.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the superior in line with the job scope.

Qualifications, Experiences, Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience.
