We are looking for a customer-oriented and highly committed Sales Manager Petrochemical & Chemical.
Main Responsibilities:
Order intake responsibility for compressor systems in allocated markets & key accounts.
Identifying early stage opportunities.
Maintain and develop relationships with key accounts.
Make commercial tenders (budget and firm), T&C market price analysis and pricing proposals.
Professional negotiations with end users and EPCs.
Bid strategy; supervise and coordinate with Sales Managers at subsidiaries for multiple EPC tenders.
Ensure proficient consulting and techno-commercial support to subsidiaries for key projects.
Coach the sales force at subsidiaries and ensure successful implementation of the Sales Force Globalization Initiative.
Your Profile:
University degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
5 years of experience in professional sales and/or project management.
Sound commercial competence.
Customer-focused and responsible team player with the ability to forge relationships.
Strong sales and negotiation skills as well as tactical thinking.
Result-oriented and highly motivated professional.
High flexibility, adaptability, endurance, and perseverance; openness to challenges.
Interpersonal and leadership skills as well as cultural sensitivity.
Creativity and the ability to make things happen.
Fluent in English (both verbal and written); any other language is a plus, especially German.
