Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams ensuring smooth workflow.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate records of applications approvals and related documentation.
  3. Coordinate with DSAs to track sales submissions commissions and payouts.
  4. Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and training sessions.
  5. Handle correspondence including emails and phone calls professionally and promptly.
  6. Prepare reports and presentations as needed for management review.
  7. Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement as per requirements.
  8. Assist in onboarding new team members and facilitating orientation sessions.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in the financial services sector.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  7. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
