Initiate and coordinate the annual performance management cycle including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and end-of-year assessment.
Provide coaching, conduct training sessions, facilitate activities, and progress reporting to ensure smooth and effective process rollout across the group.
Prepare & timely roll-out the group’s annual communication campaign related to performance management cycle in close coordination with various business units and HRBPs.
Talent Development:
Work with the Group Head of Talent on the design and implementation of the talent framework.
Prepare & timely roll-out the group’s periodic talent review exercise in close coordination with various business units and HRBPs.
Support the design and implementation of the group’s leadership development program including the development of the leadership competency model.
Support the design of training materials and facilitate various face-to-face and virtual training courses (in-house – off/on-site).
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience as a Talent Management Specialist, with strong experience across performance management and/or talent development.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field in addition to professional HR Certification in Talent Management or Development (e.g., CIPD qualification).
Strong systems experience in Oracle HCM or SAP.
Ability to understand the job architecture including job families and career paths.
Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training courses and workshops.
